Britain's Andy Murray has said that Novak Djokovic's Adria Tour has been maligned by tennis due to the lack of social distance rules. 17-time Grand Slam winner Djokovic himself has also been found to be Corona positive. Murray returned to the game and participated in a charity tournament, where the rules of social distance are strictly followed. Murray said after his match, "After seeing the picture of the party, it is no surprise how many people have been found positive. There was no social distance." He said, "I don't think this (Adria Tour) has been good for tennis. Coronavirus doesn't see who we are and what we do. We need to respect that and respect the rules."

After nearly three players in the tournament were found corona positive, its organizer Djokovic and the rest of the organizers have now come under the attack of critics. Djokovic recently played in the Adria Tour and took the responsibility to help organize the tournament in Serbia and Croatia. The first leg of the tour was played in Belgrade while the second leg took place in Zadar, Croatia.

The test of Viktor Troicki, Grigor Dimitrov and Borna Coric, who played in this tour before Djokovic, also found positive. Djokovic has now apologized for organizing this tournament. He said, "I apologize for this loss due to the tournament. We did what we did in the last one month with all our heart and our intention was good."
