Amid school continue to remain closed across the country, Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) has commenced the various activities connected with the next year’s board examinations. Of late, the board started the activity of collecting the list of candidates or filling of Class X, XII board examinations 2021 forms as well as collecting exam centre related information. Schools are required to fulfil and complete the examination forms by October 31, 2020, which includes payment of exam fees. The board has also started the data collection procedures from the affiliated schools, in connection with setting up of examination centres for the board exams. As explained Mr. Jha who handles CBSE related activities in an affiliated school, “CBSE collects info from the schools witt regard the infrastructure available for using that school as an exam centre. The board generally collects that info in the month of October. The formats have been issued for this year and the compilation of the lists would commence soon from across the country,” However, concerns over the board examinations for next year continue. With the permission to re-open schools being granted, teachers and schools share their wish to resume classes, even if in staggered manner, to better assess the students and prepare them for the board exams. However, Parents are much worried as students unwilling to attend schools just yet. Now concern arises that - would CBSE 10th 12th Board Exams 2021 be postponed?- With the year racing towards an end and schools shut for over seven months, many have started wondering about the Class 10, 12 board examinations next year.
