Central and state governments have failed to tackle unemployment: Chada Venkata Reddy

Warangal: The BJP and TRS ruled state governments have completely failed to fulfill their election promises. Neither the Center nor the state has cared to tackle unemployment. CPI state secretary Chada Venkata Reddy, speaking at a meeting jointly organized by AISF and AIYF here on Thursday, said, "BJP had promised to create two crore jobs before coming to power, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi did No effort was made to complete it.

TRS is no different. He had promised jobs to every household in the state but was easily forgotten. Despite 75 years of independence, successive governments failed to address the basic problems of the people, Reddy said. He said that it is time for the students and unemployed youth to work hard. They are creating pressure on the government by making continuous agitations.

Former AISF National President Takkalpalli Srinivasa Rao said that the BJP is trying to saffronise education by bringing a new education policy. Rao said, "TRS which came to power with the slogans of 'Neelu, Nidhulu and Niyamkalu' (water, wealth and employment) failed to fulfill the aspirations of the people of Telangana." AISF State President N Ashok Stalin, AIYF State President and Secretary Syed Wali Ullah Khadri and Marupak Anil Kumar, who spoke on the occasion, blamed the State Government for not filling up the vacant posts.
