Srinagar: Amid tensions with Pakistan over the Kashmir issue, Minister Giriraj Singh has given a new slogan in the Modi government. In a tweet on Tuesday, Giriraj Singh said, "Jay Kashmir Jai Bharat, now beyond that time." Earlier in Parliament, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had said that PoK and Aksai China are also part of India. On August 6, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and Thati and China are also part of the state. Amit Shah said, "We are ready to give our lives to Kashmir. He also asked the Congress to clarify its stand on the Kashmir issue. After considering and passing the resolutions and bills in the Lok Sabha, Shah said the issue is not political and the law is based on constitutional and legal provisions. Earlier, BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav had also said that PoK and Aksai China are also integral to India. Ram Madhav said that constitutionally, Kashmir has already been merged with India. The whole of Kashmir is an integral part of India. He said the resolution to withdraw part under other nations has been passed. Ram Madhav has said that parliament has passed the resolution unanimously in 1994.
