Delhi Metro announced in a tweet that starting on September 9, 2022, following Central Vista's opening, "bus service will be available for anyone visiting India Gate/Central Vista." After the inauguration, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will run six buses for the visitors on this route. Visitors can board the buses starting at 5 p.m., and the last pickup is scheduled for 9 p.m. Visitors will be picked up at Bhairon Road by the DMRC electric buses, which will then deposit them down at Gate 1 of the National Stadium C hexagon. "Visitors will be picked up at Bhairon Road by the electric buses that are being used, and they will be dropped off at Gate 1 of the National Stadium C hexagon, from whence it is possible to stroll to the India Gate or Central Vista. This facility will initially be accessible for one week, "the DMRC said in yet another tweet. On Thursday night, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially open Central Vista Avenue, also known as "Kartavya Path." The inauguration ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. when Modi will unveil the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and the revamped stretch. The DCP suggested people not come with private vehicles and use public transport during the event. "Parking spaces at two locations, each with a capacity of about 500 and 300 cars, have been granted. However, because large crowds are expected at the event, we advise against bringing personal vehicles and instead encourage using DMRC buses and other forms of public transportation." It is significant to mention that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate Central Vista on Thursday. From September 9 to 11, there will also be cultural events and drone shows organised for the general public.
