Motor Vehicle Act: Chandigarh Police making people aware of traffic rules by singing songs

Chandigarh: A Chandigarh Traffic Police officer has started a unique initiative to give information about the rules of the new Motor Vehicle Act. Assistant Sub-Inspector Bhupendra Singh is trying to make people aware by singing songs in Punjabi. He is giving information about traffic rules to the people. Bhupendra Singh, a resident of Gurdaspur, used to sing in the first orchestra.

Now they are using their singing to make people aware. Bhupendra Singh also conducts classes of traffic rules for youth and school students. On the one hand, where Bhupendra Singh is making people aware, on the other hand there is a police officer whose one picture became quite viral on social media. A senior policeman was seen walking on mobile while driving Scooty. The scooty he rode was not even insured.

After this picture came to the fore, the Chandigarh Police took strict steps and made a challan for the ASI of the Punjab Police. A penalty of Rs 10,000 has been imposed on them. Let us tell you that the new Motor Vehicle Act has come into force from September 1, after which challans are being severely deducted by the police for violating traffic rules and heavy penalty is also being imposed.
