During this, the Chief Justice also commented on the tendencies of the governments. He said that these days the governments keep maligning the image of the judges. This is an unfortunate situation. This case has been filed in the Supreme Court by proper Sharma, in which action was taken by registering an FIR against the whistleblower who gave information about the benami and other assets of the former principal secretary of the state and his wife. The state government has also filed a separate appeal in this matter. After his remarks on the governments, the CJI adjourned the hearing till April 18.
