New Delhi: Greta Thunberg, now in support of Disha Ravi, a climate activist arrested in the toolkit case related to the farmers' movement. Greta wrote that freedom of expression, peaceful protest are human rights that cannot be reduced or abolished in any way. These are the basic parts of a democracy. Disha Ravi received three days of judicial custody: According to information, a Delhi court has sent Disha Ravi to judicial custody for three days on Friday. Delhi Police has produced Ravi before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Akash Jain after the five-day detention period ends, from where he was sent to jail. The police said that Ravi's custody was not required at the moment. Police contended that Ravi may need further questioning after co-accused Shantanu Mukul and Nikita Jacob were involved in the investigation in the case. The police said that during interrogation, Ravi kept evasive and tried to blame the co-accused. Freedom of speech and the right to peaceful protest and assembly are non-negotiable human rights.
