Patna: In view of the rising corona cases in Bihar, CM Nitish Kumar held a high-level meeting with high officials on Saturday and asked the crisis management group to consider closing down all schools in the state in view of the growing issue of infection. In the meeting, Nitish Kumar issued a directive that any public events in the diocese should be kept in fully for the next few days. Nitish has also issued instructions to the authorities to carry out more and more testing in view of the increasing cases of infection. He said that he should do more and more testing in the state and also increase the number of vaccinations. Nitish Kumar has also asked hospitals to stay on alert mode. He asked the authorities to keep their preparations in the hospitals by looking at the increasing number of infected patients and also increase the number of beds. CM Nitish also appealed to the public to strictly adhere to the guidelines for the covid-19 in view of the threat of infection and maintain social distance and use masks. In the meeting, Nitish said that in view of the threat of infection, it is imperative that all are on alert and active mode.
