New Delhi: The corona epidemic has caused panic all over the world, meanwhile, amid a steady rise in corona infection cases, the country's daily case of 93 thousand nearly corona cases was reported on Saturday. For the first time in four months, the figure of deaths has also crossed 500. The status of corona cases in the country is now at the top of the list of the most affected countries. According to the report, the daily cases of corona across the country on Friday were about 90 thousand, more than the US (70,024) and Brazil (69,662). This was the first day since October last year when corona cases in India are the highest in the world.

Even according to the seven-day rolling average of daily cases, India has increased by about 69 thousand, behind Brazil's 72,238 counts. However, according to the report, the speed at which corona cases are increasing in India is expected to leave Brazil behind soon. Earlier on October 19 last year, India's seven-day average daily cases were the highest in the world. The large-scale increase in later cases had made the US the world's leading coronavirus hotspot.

According to TOI data, 93,077 new cases of corona have been registered in India on Saturday. It was the highest one-day case since 19th September. With 514 deaths recorded in the last 24 hours, daily deaths have also crossed 500 for the first time since December 4. In Maharashtra, the pace of growth of corona-infected has continued, 49,447 fresh cases have been reported in the state, 277 deaths were also recorded in the state. In this central Mumbai also, corona infection cases are increasing. In Mumbai, 9,108 cases were registered on Saturday, which has been breaking the record of most cases coming in a day with a huge spurt in 24 hours.
