The election commission has come to the target of the opposition since the BJP candidate's car in Assam was recovered from the electronic voting machine. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has once again been on the election commission over the case. The Congress leader has attacked the election commission through 'two words.'

Rahul Gandhi tweeted that 'Election Commission.' The Congress targeted the Election Commission after receiving the EVM and said that the Commission should take decisive steps on this issue and remove the apprehensions. Not only this, Congress said that all national parties need to seriously re-evaluate the use of EVMs. The party said that if the Election Commission remains silent on this issue, it will prove fatal to democracy.

The same Rahul Gandhi's tweet came on a case in which a viral video on social media claimed to have placed EVM's in a private vehicle and the vehicle being described by the BJP MLA. The election commission has suspended four officers in the case and ordered re-polling at a polling booth in The night assembly constituency of Assam. On this issue, Rahul Gandhi, through another tweet, wrote, "The election Commission's car is bad, the BJP's intentions are bad, the democracy situation is bad." In addition, Congress leader Srinivas BV tweeted, "There are about 35-40 lakh registered vehicles in Assam! Incidentally, the Election Commission got only the BJP candidate's car, who wrote this poor script of the Election Commission?"
