Tragic Electrocution Incident Claims Lives of Three Children in Nalanda

Patna: Three children from the same family tragically died due to electric shock in Nalanda. The incident occurred in Tara Bigha village, located in the Katrisarai police station area of Nalanda. Pankaj Ram, Mithun Ram, and Gulshan Ram lost their lives.

According to reports, the three children had gone to wash their hands and faces in the village pond after defecating in the morning. Gulshan Kumar was electrocuted while in the pond. In an attempt to save him, his maternal uncles, Pankaj Ram and Mithun Ram, also jumped into the water, but they too were electrocuted.

Gulshan Kumar had come from Lakhachak village to his grandmother's house in Tara Bigha for a wedding. Unfortunately, by the time nearby residents became aware of the incident and rushed to the scene, it was too late. The three children were rushed to VIMS, where doctors pronounced them dead.

All three victims were relatives. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter to determine the cause of the electric current around the pond. Strict action is expected to be taken against those found negligent. The tragic accident has plunged the entire area into grief, leaving the relatives of the deceased devastated and in tears.
