Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat orders to impose curfew in Banbhulpura of Haldwani

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has ordered to impose a curfew in Haldwani's Banabhulpura in view of coronavirus. The Chief Minister has given this order on Monday, taking cognizance of the incident in Banbhulpura on Sunday. He has given instructions to the Chief Secretary and Secretary Home in this regard. There was an uproar in the Corona hotspot Banabhulpura area in Haldwani, Uttarakhand on Sunday afternoon. Along with this, people opposed the Health Department team which went to investigate Corona.

The team said that after checking some people in the area and sending them for quarantine, hundreds of people came down the road. The police administration also became alert and police forces were deployed throughout the area. The team of the Health Department reached the area at about three o'clock in the afternoon to take a sample. But then people started opposing the team there.

The people of the locality asked the team to go out. There was a lot of hustle between the team and the people. There the situation remained tense for two hours. After this, the matter was settled. After Dehradun, the administration has declared the Banbhulpura area of Haldwani as a hotspot by dividing it into five sectors. Seven people involved in the Jamaat of this region have been found to be corona infected. Five corona infected patients admitted in Moradabad are also from this area.
