Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray insults tricolour! Senior lawyer alleges

Mumbai: The havoc of corona infection is still continuing. In many states, the transition is still spreading rapidly, but there are many states that have recovered from it. Yes, lockdown restrictions are being relaxed in many States due to reduced infections. This includes Maharashtra. Here also, there was growing pressure from the people and the opposition to lift the sanctions. The High Court had recently directed the Maharashtra government to start Mumbai local for those who have taken both doses of vaccine. Keeping all these things in mind last Sunday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray came to Facebook Live and addressed the public.

In this address, he took a big decision. In fact, he allowed people who had taken both doses of the vaccine to travel to the Mumbai locality from August 15. A new controversy has now started due to the flags behind the Chief Minister while he was doing Facebook Live. In fact, recently, a senior Pune lawyer, Asim Sarode, posted a post about it, which is in the news. You can see senior advocate Asim Sarode has shared a screenshot of the chief minister's live speech yesterday and claimed that the chief minister has violated the rules in the context of the national flag.

You can see in his post he wrote in the caption, "Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is requested to follow this simple rule that there should be no flag above or equal to the tricolour of India. At the same time, in this post, he has also instructed no one who sits as chief minister to sit with any other flag. You can see that the post further reads, "It is unfortunate for Indian democracy that today the national flag in our country is confined to being available as a festival only on 15th August and 26th January. For many, the flags of their political parties and the flags associated with religion have become important. This country can be kept by unbroken Indians for whom there is no flag more important than the Tricolour. India's democracy is today in search of such citizens and leaders." Sarode has appealed that the Indian Flag Code should be read by all and the rules related to it should be known. Now many people are reacting to this post.
