Lucknow: UP CM Yogi Adityanath has held a review meeting with officials from the state's Basic Education Department and the Department of Secondary Education. At the meeting, CM Yogi ordered officials to improve the quality of education in a strict tone. CM Yogi has asked the officers to visit the field at the seating area of the headquarters. The CM Yogi has said that if any file in the department stays for more than three days, then the strict actions will be taken against officers.

Cm Yogi slammed the authorities for delaying the delivery of textbooks, bags and uniforms to the children and issued instructions on the same. Talking to reporters after the meeting, Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma said that talks have been held to ensure transparency in teacher awards, ending the online transfer process this month. There are 16000 cases pending in the Department of Secondary Education. They have been ordered to perform method-compliant disposal by running a campaign. The Regulatory Committee is at the district level, its expansion was also discussed.

According to Dinesh Sharma, instructions will be issued for determining an academic calendar for the year so that teaching work and examination can be completed at the time. In schools where there is a shortage of teachers, it was decided to try at a faster pace to appoint teachers. Also, ensure that new schools are opening or operating in some places on PPP model basis.
