CM Yogi inaugurates Bandai dam project, says 'will also build airport in Lalitpur'

Jhansi: CM Yogi, who arrived in Lalitpur on a two-day visit to Bundelkhand in Uttar Pradesh, inaugurated the Bandai Dam Project in Madavara tehsil today. This 300 crore project will provide irrigation and drinking water facilities. Villagers of more than a dozen villages will be benefited. In the year 2012-13, the foundation stone of the Bandai Dam project was done. During this, CM Yogi also inspected the dam.

CM Yogi said that an airport will be built in Lalitpur. Now you will not have much time to go anywhere. Soon a medical college will also be established here in the district. After this, Yogi Adityanath, who reached Jhansi, said that if such big plans were first launched in Bundelkhand, then Bundelkhand would have been heaven. Since Independence, the drought here can be eradicated, sister daughters can have a smile on their face, the unemployed can get employment, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been making such efforts.

CM Yogi further said that every house in Bundelkhand should have got water in the first 5 years of independence. But not found PM Modi launched the Har Ghar Jal Yojana. Did anyone think about Bundelkhand? Made the road to Delhi easy. Made the road to Lucknow easy, today industrial development is taking place here. There will be an excellent connectivity facility here. People will know the land of Rani Lakshmibai, the heroic land of Jhansi in the country and the world.
