Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath will provide appointment letters to about 37000 newly recruited teachers from 69000 recruitment today. In the program organized in Lucknow, CM Yogi will give letters to five teachers in a symbolic manner and will address the state-level program through NIC. On this occasion, he will also hold talks with the candidates receiving the appointment letter. Earlier, 31,277 assistant teachers were handed over appointment letters on October 16. The second phase of counselling took place till Friday. CM Yogi has given appointment letters and postings to 3,317 newly elected assistant teachers of Government Inter College on 23 October under Mission Rozgaar. The government has given jobs to more than 3 lakh youth in different government services. Officers in all 75 districts will join the program through NIC. Appointment letters will be given to 5-5 teachers in each district by the MP, Minister or MLA during the program. Counselling for 36590 posts in the second cycle will run till Friday. Out of 69000, only 67867 candidates were included in the first merit because as per merit in SC-ST category, 1133 seats will be left vacant due to non-availability of candidates. These vacancies will be filled as per rules after the completion of recruitment.
