New Delhi: Members of opposition parties in the Lok Sabha have said that after the removal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, the dream that the government showed to the people has not been fulfilled and the problems faced by the public have not improved. Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary of Congress, while joining the discussion on 'Jammu Kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Act 2021', said that the government has brought this ordinance to fill the shortage of officers in Jammu and Kashmir cadre, which proves that there is no preparation for the removal of section 370. Now preparations are being made through this bill to deploy officers from other Union Territories to cater to the cadre and remove the shortage of officers. He said that after the removal of Section 370, no process of development has started there. Many people are still in jails, the communication system is still not easy and 4G internet is not running. Before removing this section, the government put people in jail, stopped the communication system, deployed a large number of security forces, detained the leaders, but the situation has not become normal there yet. The Congress leader said that the government was talking of bringing back the Kashmiri Pandits, but nothing has been done in this direction yet. The government is not able to give two to three hundred acres of land to the deported Pandits while the land is being allotted to the industrialists.
