Cook rice differently with Tawa Pulav recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked basmati rice (long grained rice) 1/2tsp cumin seeds 1 medium size onion, finely chopped 1/2tbspn ginger-garlic paste 1 green pepper, finely chopped 1/3 cup carrot, finely chopped 1 large tomato, finely chopped 1/3 cup green peas (fresh) or frozen 1/2 tbsp Powder Vegetable Masala 1/4tsp turmeric powder 1/2tspred chilli powder 2 tbsps finely chopped coriander Salt, according to taste 1 1/2 tbsp oil Onion and lemon

Method:

Boil the chopped carrots and green peas until it becomes soft in salted water, it will take about 5-7 minutes. Filter more water and take them out in the bowl. Heat oil on medium flame in a non-stick pan.

Add cumin seeds and let it crack. Add finely chopped onions and fry until it becomes light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and greenchillies and fry for 25-30 seconds. Add chopped tomatoes and fry it till it becomes soft and relieve the oil, fry for about 2 minutes. Put boiled peas and carrots and mix well and cook for a minute.

Add Paav Bhaji Masala, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Mix well and cook for one minute. Put cooked rice. Slowly mix well. Turn off the gas and remove the Tawa Pulao in a serving plate. Serve with chopped green coriander and curd.
