Then add a teaspoon of water to the green chilli and ginger mix and make a paste. Now if you want to make a paste of tomatoes, grind it in a mixer as well. Then heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chilli-ginger paste and cook it for a minute. Now add tomato paste and add salt to it. Then after adding salt, add coriander powder, red chilli powder and amchur powder and mix it well. Now add corn and fenugreek leaves and mix it. Then add three to four teaspoons of water and mix well. Your corn fenugreek masala is ready.
