Andhra Pradesh imposes 14-day partial curfew, these things will remain closed

Visakhapatnam: The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to impose a partial curfew of 14 days in the state in the wake of rising corona cases. The curfew will begin tomorrow from 5th May and will continue for the next 14 days. As per the order, let us know what will be banned.

Due to partial curfew, all shops in the state will remain open only from 6 am to 12 noon. Section 144 will remain in force, meaning that 4 or more people will not be allowed to gather at any one place. In addition, only emergency services will be allowed. In fact, chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy had held a review meeting on corona on Monday. It was in this meeting that this decision was taken.

On Monday, 18,972 new corona cases were reported in the state while 71 persons died. So far, 1,66,02,873 investigations have been conducted in the state. Coming to the condition of hospitals and beds, there are currently 558 corona hospitals in the state which have 44,599 beds. 37,760 beds are currently full. 3600 patients are undergoing treatment on ventilator support. A total of more than 2 crore corona cases have been reported in India after 355,832 new cases were reported across the country on Monday. India has become the second country in the world to have more than 20 million corona cases.
