The same Health Ministry informed that in the last 24 hours, 34,848 people have also recovered from the virus across the country, after which the number of people recovering from corona has gone up to 3,24,09,345 so far. At present, the number of active cases is 3,84,921, which is 1.16 percent of the total cases. The daily weekly rate is 1.87 percent. The ministry said that at present the recovery rate in the country is 97.51 percent. According to the Health Ministry, the weekly positivity rate, which is less than 3 percent for the last 78 days, was recorded at 2.26 percent on Sunday morning.
More than 20,000 new cases are being registered daily in Kerala, the most infected state. Kerala reported 20,487 new corona cases last Saturday. More than 180 people also died due to this.
