CORONAVIRUS: Now Corona will be investigated in these institutions

Dehradun: The number of people who have died from coronavirus has been more than 15000.The fear of this virus is spread among people. Lab will be set up at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh and Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP) Dehradun to investigate the deadly corona virus. For this, the cabinet has approved.

It has been learned that the Central Government has approved medical college Haldwani for a sample investigation to check the corona virus in the state. Apart from this, corona samples can not be examined in the labs of private nor any other government hospitals. Due to increase in cases of corona infection in the state, samples are being sent daily by the Health Department for examination. Saliva is still in the head environment. The Government has approved setting up of labs at AIIMS Rishikesh, IIP to speed up the sample testing process. Along with this, a proposal has been sent to the central government for sample testing facility at Mahant Indresh Hospital, Ahuja Pathology Lab.

Investigation report of samples coming in four to five days: According to the information received, the health department will not have to wait for the report by authorizing a new lab in the state for sample examination. The Health Department has so far sent more than two hundred samples of corona virus for examination. There have been reports of 162 samples in it. In which four cases were found positive and 158 negative. The investigation report of the remaining samples is yet to come from Haldwani Medical College. In view of the delay in getting the reports of samples, the government has approved to set up new labs in the state.
