Nanda Express to resume from today after a long time

Dehradun: No passenger from Haridwar has booked tickets for Nanda Express running between Kota-Dehradun. The operation of nanda express, which was closed due to the start of lockdown, begins today on the night of September 12. Note that train services across the country have been blocked before the lockdown begins. Now, gradually, the operation of the railways is being resumed.

Shortly there, the railways started running three trains. Nanda Express will start from Saturday night today. Chief Reservation Supervisor Prem Singh said that the reservation counter was opened from September 10 for movement from Nanda Express, but not a single passenger applied for ticket booking. Station Superintendent Mk Singh said, the operation of the train will be as before.

The train will also reach Haridwar station at 12.12 pm from Kota and leave for Dehradun at 12.17 pm. Will arrive at 3.53 am on its way to Kota from Dehradun, and will leave at 3.58 am. Before the lockdown, 50 to 60 passengers travelled daily in Kota-Doon Nanda Express. Now, when it resumed, not a single ticket could be booked from Haridwar. 228 seats were to be booked from Dehradun, but only 18 seats could be booked. Even after the same train starts, it may be costly to bring the train blank if the passengers do not make a booking.
