Sushant Case: Court notice sent to 7 celebrities including Karan Johar- Ekta Kapoor

Under the recent information, the Court of Muzaffarpur has issued notices to 7 film personalities including Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor in the case. The Court of District and Sessions Judge Rakesh Malaviya has issued an order that ' all of them are present by October 21, 2020, or register attendance through their lawyers. ' '

Besides these two, notices have also been sent to Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Sajid Nadiadwala, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar, and Dinesh Vijaya. After 3 days of Sushant Singh Rajput's death, advocate Sudhir Ojha filed the case. He had attributed these film personalities to the death of Sushant besides Salman Khan. After that, the CJM court had conveyed it outside its purview and quashed the matter. Thereafter, advocate Sudhir Ojha filed a review petition in the District Court of Muzaffarpur, which was sanctioned.

Now, there are reports that on October 7, actor Salman Khan had lodged a court appearance through his lawyer, but the remaining seven were not present. For that, they are being asked to appear at this time. Talking about Sudhir Ojha's allegation, he says, "These people snatched all the films of Sushant under the conspiracy, after which he became depressed and committed suicide. All the accused will have to appear in court to take their stand. '
