Priority will be given to health workers, frontline workers first in the phases of vaccination. According to an estimate, the figure is about 3 crores. Mamata's decision is considered to be very important before the assembly election in Bengal this year. She has also issued a government order on the decision to give vaccine free. The dry runs are being carried out in Bengal as well as all over India these days for vaccination.
