Mumbai: In a shocking incident from Mumbai's Wadala area, a minor girl was abducted and sexually assaulted. The police revealed on Friday that a case had been registered against the suspect. According to the police, an accusation of kidnapping a young girl from the Wadala of Mumbai and taken her to the Kalamboli area of Navi Mumbai for rape has been filed against the accused under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) 376, 323, and 506 and sections of POSCO. The victim girl left her home on September 5 to go to college, but when she arrived in Wadala, the accused brought a Bolero car, forced the victim girl inside, and drove her to the Pune Expressway, where she was raped. The police said, an FIR was initially filed at Kalamboli Police Station in response to the victim girl's complaint, and after that, the subject was sent to Matunga Police Station for further investigation. The police began their further investigation after receiving a complaint from the young girl, and they did so by filing a case against the suspect.
