Meanwhile, BJP leader Kirit Somaiya on Thursday said that Maharashtra Transport Minister Anil Parab should be ready to go to jail in view of the Directorate of Demonstrations (ED) raids as part of its money laundering probe. The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday conducted raids at several places in the state as part of a money laundering probe against Parab and others for alleged irregularities and other charges in the land deal in coastal Dapoli area of Ratnagiri district. After the central agency registered a fresh case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), raids are being conducted at several places in Dapoli, Mumbai and Pune. The same is deployed in CRPF security outside Anil Parab Sarkar's bungalow C-5 Ajinkyatara after the Enforcement Directorate raided all the relevant places in Mumbai on Thursday.
