After PM Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Ladakh

New Delhi: A few days before, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Ladakh and met with defence forces, now Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is on a tour of Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir, and meet the troops on the front. Defense Minister would likely visit between 17-18 July, accompanied by Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane on rumours of Pakistan's ongoing conspiracy creating the possibility of an attack on Jammu again.

Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane will visit Ladakh on 17 July and Srinagar on 18 July with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, while earlier on 3 July, PM Narendra Modi visited Ladakh uninformed. He will meet senior army officers, Prime Minister Modi had also encouraged him to meet the injured soldiers in the Galwan Valley incident with China.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a message to China and said that India is a peace-loving country, this doesn't signify that we are weak, while the attack on the soldiers of  China on the night of 15-16 June at Patrolling Point 14 of Galwan Valley, the Indian soldiers gave a befitting reply to the planned attack of Chinese soldiers, in which 20 soldiers of the 16th Bihar Regiment martyred.
