CBI's statement in Unnao case is important, this thing got cleared in investigation

On Wednesday, a hearing was held in Delhi's Court in the Unnao gang rape case. In a statement in the court, the Central Investigation Agency said that in the Unnao gang rape case, we found that the allegations of the victim were true. On the basis of the investigation, the CBI said that on June 4, 2017, MLA Kuldeep Sengar had gang-raped the victim by conspiring with Shashi Singh.

The CBI also said that the accused Shashi Singh had taken the victim to UP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar after getting a job. During the hearing on Wednesday, the CBI told the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi that in the Unnao gang rape case, we found that the allegations against the victim were true. He was gang-raped. The CBI in the court also said that there is enough evidence to frame the charges. The victim and her mother made the full statement in CRPC 161 and 164. No eyewitnesses are needed in case of rape.

For your information, the CBI has made a statement in the court that Kuldeep Singh Sengar had conspired with Shashi Sengar to gang-rape and then the victim was raped at 8 pm on 4th June, 2017 with the entire scheme. The victim was then under 18 years of age. The victim first told her aunt about the gang rape.
