New Delhi: In the 5th Airtel Delhi Half Marathon held in Delhi, Ethiopia's Andamlek Bellihu won the men's section and Shaye Gemechu in the women's section. The half marathon started at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in the morning. Ethiopia occupied the women's section in this marathon flagged off by India's Sports Minister Kiran Rijiju from the stadium. The first three places were won by Ethiopian runners. Ethiopia also finished second in the men's section while Kenya was placed third.
