Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain gives statement on reopening of school

New Delhi: In view of the growing cases of Corona in the capital of the country, Kejriwal government of Delhi has decided not to open a school. Health Minister Satyendra Jain has said in a statement that no thought has been made about opening the school. The vaccine is coming soon. Till we are not fully convinced, the schools will not open, the number of schools will come late.

Earlier, Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had said that schools closed due to the coronavirus epidemic are unlikely to reopen until the corona vaccine is released in Delhi. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said that when the Central government put a lockdown across the country to stop the spread of coronavirus in March this year, schools and colleges across the country have been closed since then and now the states are in the process of unlock. It is right to take decisions regarding the opening of schools and colleges.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that we keep taking feedback from parents that they are really worried about whether it is safe to reopen schools. Wherever schools have reopened, corona infection cases have increased among children, so we have decided that now schools will not reopen and all schools will remain closed until further orders.
