New Delhi: Former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi is in the news on Monday after he arrived in Parliament by driving a tractor to protest against the agricultural laws brought by the Centre. There is also a heated discussion with Rahul about the tractor which has now been seized by the Delhi Police. Section 144 is in force in this area which is considered to be very safe due to the monsoon session. But, Rahul Gandhi had come to Parliament by driving a tractor without any prior notice, so action has been taken to seize the tractor. It is also being reported that Rahul Gandhi's tractor did not even have a number plate. Today, when Rahul Gandhi reached Parliament by tractor supporting the farmers' agitation against agricultural laws, everyone was stunned to see him. Rahul Gandhi was accompanied by several other Congress leaders including Randeep Singh Surjewala, Deepender Singh Hooda, and Srinivas BV on the tractor. Delhi Police has already taken Congress leaders Randeep Surjewala and Srinivas into custody. Rahul Gandhi said the government should immediately remove these black laws. Rahul Gandhi said the government is not listening to the voice of farmers, their voices should be heard. He said that wrong allegations are being leveled against the farmers. The Supreme Court has stayed the implementation of these laws for the time being, but still, the leaders are not yielding and there is a constant uproar in Parliament on this issue. Due to this, even a week after the session began, not a single day has the House been able to function properly. It is incomprehensible to waste such a precious time of Parliament to withdraw the law which is not in effect at present.
