Despite conservatorship win, Britney Spears refuses to reunite with her mom Lynne; report

Britney Spears is allegedly refusing to meet her mother Lynne, who travelled to Los Angeles to reunite with her daughter before the conservatorship was granted. According to Page Six, the singer, 39, refused to let Lynne into her house or engage with her at all.

According to Page Six's sources, their dispute escalated when the Criminal singer accused her mother in a now-deleted social media post for "ruining" her life with the conservatorship proposal. According to Page Six, Lynne flew to Los Angeles a few weeks before the conservatorship ended in the hopes of "reconnecting" with the singer, but that was not possible. Britney allegedly refused to let Lynne enter her house and was "enraged" by her.

Lynne tried to visit again, according to the source, but "Britney basically shut her down." Britney had accused her mother Lynne of giving her father the notion of a conservatorship in the now-deleted Instagram post. Britney also expressed her remorse in the essay for the fact that she would never be able to reclaim the years she spent under conservatorship.  Britney, on the other hand, decided after some time that the write-up and her post were no longer relevant.

For those unfamiliar, Britney Spears' conservatorship ended on November 12, nearly thirteen years after her father Jamie Spears placed her under his authority. She expressed her joy on Instagram, thanking her fans for their support and the massive #FreeBritney campaign.
