Chhindwara: A shocking revelation has been made in the case of the suicide of Devrani and Jethani in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. It is learnt that both had an illicit relationship with the same person. Fearing ignominy, the three jumped into the well together and the man swam out. Devrani-Jethani died. Important information has come to light in the suicide case of Devrani-Jethani in Sonpathar of Lavaghoghri. Actually, due to a love affair with a man, both of them chose the path of death. Both of them had eloped with this man before committing suicide. I hid in the forest for two days. Thereafter, the lover hatched a conspiracy of collective suicide. The three kneaded in the well and then the young man escaped home after coming out of the water. This story has come out in the investigation of the police. Police have arrested the man. The bodies of 30-year-old Sushila husband Haresh Korachi and her Devarani 27-year-old Shyamwati husband Naresh Korachi, both residents of Sonpathar in Lavaghoghari, were found landing in a well in the field of Hariram Sareyam, a resident of Sonpathar, on Parasia-Betul road on Tuesday. After the information, the police took possession of the bodies and conducted a post-mortem of the bodies in the district hospital on Wednesday. The police investigation revealed that Devrani had an illicit relationship with Swami son of Munnalal Parteti, who lives in the village. After that, Jethani also had an illicit relationship with him. This was known to the brother-in-law and through him to the husbands of both. Seeing things deteriorating, the two women ran away with Swami on Sunday and went to the forest of Mainikhapa. Two days later, the three jumped into the well. Swami swam out of the water, while both died.
