recently according to a new research, the risk of diabetes is less in tall people than in short people. By the way, this disease has become common in today's time, in which you have to pay special attention to your health. Research has revealed that people who are of small height are more prone to diabetes. According to new research, 41 percent of men of high stature and 33 percent of women of tall height are less prone to diabetes.

According to researchers, the risk of type 2 diabetes in people of short stature is due to the high amount of fat in the liver. This research has been published in the journal "Diabetologia". It has been told that people with shorter cardiometabolic risk factor levels are also more prone to diabetes. If we talk about statistics, then this risk is more than 40 per cent compared to taller people.

The risk of diabetes varies according to length and weight. According to research, 86 percent of men at 10 cm length have been found to be less than 67 percent in women. If you are 10 cm tall, then the risk of diabetes is reduced by 86 and 67 percent. In addition, obesity is the most prominent symptom in type 2 diabetes patients. Apart from this, the second most prominent reason is believed to be the production of adipokine by fat cells.
