Dispute over dog barking, accused shoot 3 people of same family

Lucknow: Two brothers shot dead a dairy operator and his two sons in a clash over barking of a dog in Madhooban Bapudham police station area of Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad. The bloodied father-son duo were admitted to the Joint Hospital in SanjayNagar, from where they were referred to GTB Delhi on Tuesday morning. The police have arrested both the accused.

Sushil, 40, a resident of Sarvodaya Nagar in Vijayanagar, works as a cattle herd and dairy near Duhai Gate in Madhuban Bapudham police station area. He, along with his two sons Aman (19) and Tarun (14), live in a slum in a dairy there. Sushil has also kept a dog on the dairy. Four days ago, when Shivam alias Chavni of Sadarpur and his brother Satyam alias Athani left the dairy, Sushil's dog started barking at them. The two brothers started quarrelling with Sushil over the dog's barking. People cooled the matter down by explaining during that time.

It is alleged that when Satyam and Shivam left in front of Sushil's dairy with a third accomplice on Monday night, the dog started barking again. Satyam and Shivam took out a pistol and shot Sushil in the chest. After this, the elder son Sushil and younger son Tarun were also shot.
