Step 02: Next, scrape a little matte powder eyeshadow in any colour of your choice and add it to the melted Vaseline.
Step 03: Thoroughly mix both the ingredients until they are well-blended. If you feel like you need a little more pigment, you can always add more eyeshadow and mix it well.
Step 04: Transfer this mixture to a flat makeup pan and allow it to rest in a cool, dry place for a couple of hours or overnight.
