DM Chandrabhushan Singh is very serious due to lack of proper time and quality of complaints of CM Yogi Adityanath's reference and helpline. He worked out a unique way to make careless officers in Aligarh feel responsible. Review meeting of grievance redressal called at camp office. During this, a class of officers was held for about an hour. After this, warned that if the complaints under the defaulter category are not resolved in three days, then further review will take place at the same time. District Development Officer, including the District Development Officer and the Municipal Commissioner, who were absent from the meeting, have directed to withhold one day's salary. Along with this, a letter has also been given to all these people to redress their complaints soon.
For your information, let us tell you that this was the first time in Aligarh district, when an officer has called a meeting in the early hours. Aligarh is ranked 49th in the state in the disposal of complaints. More than 250 complaints were in the defaulter category. Strict action was being taken to deal with them even with the government. On February 4, the DM held a meeting of all officers in the Collectorate and directed that all the officers should handle the complaints in three days. By Thursday evening, whose complaints have not ended, their meeting will be held at four in the morning on Friday, but most of the officers could not handle the complaints. A meeting of district level officers, SDM and BDO of all departments was held at the DM's camp office at 4 am on Friday.
There was a lot of panic among the officers regarding this sudden meeting. The officials who came to the meeting woke up at two o'clock in the night. After this, they all went to the camp office of the District Magistrate. In the meeting, they all feared that the reprimand would happen, but DM Chandrabhushan Singh taught them the lesson of timely disposal of all priority of governance.
