Lucknow: In a shocking incident that has gained attention, a doctor named Javed Khan in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, has been accused of forcibly performing circumcision on a Hindu child during a tongue operation. When the child's family discovered this, a major uproar ensued, with Hindu organizations staging protests outside the hospital. The hospital administration is now allegedly pressuring the aggrieved child's parents to settle the matter in order to protect Dr. Javed. However, the police have already initiated an investigation into the case. According to the police, a probe committee has been formed, and legal action will be taken as per the established procedures. The incident reportedly took place at Dr. M. Khan Hospital. According to the report, Harimohan Yadav, a resident of Sanjay Nagar under Baradari police station in Bareilly district, had a three-year-old son, Samrat Yadav, who had difficulty speaking clearly and suffered from stuttering. This troubled Yadav greatly. One day, someone advised him that if he could get his son's tongue operated on, the child would be able to speak fluently. In order for his son to be able to speak, Harimohan decided to take him to a private hospital in Delapeer. The doctors admitted the child for the operation, and Harimohan claims that instead of performing the tongue surgery, the doctors performed circumcision on his son, converting him from a Hindu to a Muslim. When he found out about this, he was shocked that even a doctor could do such a thing. Following the uproar, Dr. Javed has stated that the child had come for examination the previous Sunday and had a medical condition related to urination. According to him, the condition was phimosis, and circumcision is the treatment for it. He emphasized that it has no connection to religion. On the other hand, Harimohan alleges that the doctors intentionally did this and changed his son's religious identity. He has stated that while the hospital authorities were pressuring him to settle the matter, he will demand action against the accused doctor to ensure that no doctor can repeat such an incident in the future. Carpenter Harimohan Yadav further revealed that the doctor had the intention to convert the child from Hindu to Muslim, which is why he asked for the child's name. After the incident, activists from the Hindu Jagran Manch protested outside the hospital premises, alleging that the circumcision of a Hindu child had taken place. Rahul Bhati, the Superintendent of Police (SP) City, informed that the family had taken their two-and-a-half-year-old child to Dr. M. Khan Hospital in the Baradari area for an operation on the child's tongue. Instead of the tongue operation, circumcision was performed on the child. An application has been received in this regard, and a committee has been formed to investigate the matter. Further action will be taken based on the findings. The incident has caused widespread concern and debate within the local community. The investigation will determine the facts of the case, and appropriate legal action will be taken based on the committee's report. 16 Years of Excellence: Celebrating Rohit Sharma's Iconic International Cricket Career Massive Data Breach Exposes Over 1 Lakh ChatGPT Accounts, India Most Affected PM Modi Concludes US State Visit and Embarks on Egypt Tour
