New Delhi: Three accused including suspended DSP Devendra Singh of Jammu and Kashmir have filed a bail petition in Patiala House Court in Delhi. Devendra Singh was arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police along with Hizbul Commander Naeed Babu and two other terrorists on 11 January. Devendra Singh was bringing both terrorists to Jammu with him. DSP Devendra Singh of Jammu and Kashmir, along with the terrorists, hatched a conspiracy to terrorize Delhi. Jammu, Punjab and Chandigarh were also his targets. All are currently lodged in Tihar Jail in a case related to a terrorist. In April, the NIA arrested Tariq Ahmad Mir, an alleged terrorist and former sarpanch who assisted terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Tariq Ahmed Mir was arrested by the NIA from his residence in Baramulla in South Kashmir during the lockdown. Gloves and masks were also provided for her to wear. Mir was at one time the sarpanch of a village in Shopian district. Mir was arrested in the Devendra Singh case for possessing arms. Although he knew Hizbul Mujahideen's terrorist commander Naveed Babu, he claimed that he did not know the suspended deputy SP. Mir also used to provide weapons to Naveed.
