A doctor, who molested a 19-year-old student during an ultrasound at the Biraji Diagnostic Centre on local hospital road, was beaten up by angry family members and locals. Agitated people then stormed into the centre and broke the CCTV cameras.
At the same time, after seeing all this, the staff of the centre started running around and later took the on-the-spot police doctor Anil Kumar Biraji to the Mandal Hospital. The case was reported to have taken him to the police station after undergoing treatment there.
According to reports, the father of the victim said that "he had come to undergo an ultrasound of his daughter on Friday. They were not allowed to enter the room during an ultrasound. At the same time, the daughter explained that the doctor had molested her. The doctor then tried to intimidate her," he said.
In this case, the doctor said that the allegations against him were wrong and he had not done anything like that. "The student's father has applied for an application, referring to the doctor's molestation. At the moment, the doctor has been kept in custody," he said.
