Indian Railways carried medicines and essential items to people during lockdown

Amid Corona infection, the Railways this week transported drugs for an autistic teenager from Rajasthan and a boy recovering from liver transplant in Madhya Pradesh. Earlier on April 10, the North-Western Railway transported 20 liters of camel milk to a family in Mumbai, as a woman tweeted about her son being allergic to goat, cow and buffalo milk. Hitesh Sharma, hailing from Ahmedabad affected by the incident, also sought help from the Railways for his teenage cousin living in Ajmer and immediately called the response a miracle. The teenager living in Ajmer is also autistic and was in dire need of medicines. Due to the lockdown, Hitesh Sharma could not send the medicine to the courier, as he often does.
