Bhagalpur: Due to the 12th examination conducted by the Bihar School Examination Committee in Bhagalpur city of Bihar, a student who had come to appear for the exam at an examination centre gave birth to a child. On hearing the child's screams, sweets were also distributed at the examination centre.
