'Shinde is not Shiv Sena's CM..,' Uddhav clears Shiv Sainik's confusion

Mumbai: After the formation of the new government in Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray has attacked rebel MLA and new CM Eknath Shinde. At the same time, he also cornered Home Minister Amit Shah and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Uddhav Thackeray held a press conference for the first time since going to the chair today.

Addressing the press conference, Uddhav Thackeray said there is confusion among Shiv Sainiks about whether Shinde is the chief minister of shiv sena. I want to say that this is not the Chief Minister of the Shiv Sena. He who has once left the Shiv Sena behind and became the Chief Minister cannot be the Chief Minister of the Shiv Sena.

Uddhav Thackeray further said, "The way this government was formed and Shiv Sainik was made the Chief Minister, that is what I was saying. It was on this that an agreement was reached between me and Amit Shah and there was talk of representation of two-and-a-half years. If this was done, the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance would not have been formed.'' Uddhav also said that Maharashtra cannot be removed from my heart. Uddhav Thackeray said that power comes, and goes. But he has received people's love which is more necessary. Uddhav Thackeray further mentioned the Aarey Colony project. He said "Don't take my anger out on the people of Mumbai. The proposal for the metro shed should not be changed. Don't mess with Mumbai's environment.'' Uddhav has requested that the new government should not go to Aarey again to build a metro car shed.
