Farmers to protest at seven places in Meerut

Meerut: If you are planning to go out today, then leave before 11 am or go after 2 pm. With regard to the sugarcane rate, Bhakiyu will be jam the wheel for seven hours today. To make the jam successful, the BKU leaders continued to contact the farmers in the villages by Tuesday evening. At the same time, Bhakiyu has announced to block all the main roads of the state on Wednesday after the state government has not increased the sugarcane rate for the last two years. Former District President of Bhakiyu, Gajendra Singh said that from 11 am to 2 pm, there will be a three-hour blockade jam at seven places. At the same time, a drive will be jammed on the Pratapur bypass under the leadership of Vijaypal Ghopla and in Kaithwadi on Rohata Road.

The national spokesperson of BKU, Chaudhary Rakesh Tikait told that there is a blockade on the roads of the entire sugarcane belt. During this time, the army, ambulances, processions and school vehicles will be allowed to leave. The remaining vehicles will have to stay in support of the farmers for three hours. BKU workers will jam the wheel in a peaceful manner.
