Fazilka: Coronavirus, which was wreaking havoc day and night in Punjab, has become an enemy of everyone's life today. People are constantly dying due to the virus. Due to this virus, entire Punjab is affected today. Every day a new case comes to the fore. First death from Corona in Fazilka: A resident of Rattakheda village of Jalalabad tehsil of Fazilka died in a private hospital in Bathinda. The next day the deceased turned out to be Corona positive. This is the first death of a person suffering from Corona in the district. District Civil Surgeon Chandra Mohan Kataria, while clarifying the matter, said that the bodies of the infected have been sent to his village in an easy manner. The last rites will be performed according to government instructions there. A resident of village Rattakheda, a 50-year-old man was suffering from various ailments and diseases such as brain tumors. The family took him to Bathinda for treatment. The doctors started treating him and sent samples for the corona test. The patient lost his life on July 12 due to his condition being critical. Due to the non-receipt of the Corona report, the doctors did not hand over the body to the relatives. On July 14, the report was found to be Corona positive. The Civil Surgeon said that the doctors and other staff, who are treating the patients and their relatives, are taking samples of the people visiting him.
