More than 51,000 students have enrolled in the second installment of Counselling in The Nizamabad-2020 for admission to engineering and pharmacy courses. Most people are in favour of computer science and engineering (CSE), which has the highest employment opportunities. CSE is the first priority option. In the next place, information technology (IT), electronics and communications engineering and mechanical courses were preferred. Those who have been allotted seats in the first phase also participated in the second installment of counselling. The second installment of the counselling of the college in the desired course has registered web options. 90 per cent of these people gave the first option to computer science.
1,29,880 candidates were eligible in ap ap ap-2020 exam and 91,090 registered for certificates. After the verification of certificates, 90,206 people were found eligible and 85,295 passwords were generated for web options registration. The last date for the second phase of web options is 51,731 people have been entered till the 23rd night of this month. Last day 14,243 people registered options. They will be allotted seats after 6 pm on Monday.
Most of the web options have been given options for computer science and engineering course. However, the availability of CSE seats is very low. The number of CSE seats in all colleges in the state is 22,672 and 21,300 seats were filled in the first phase. Only 1,372 seats are available for the second installment of counselling. Apart from these, some seats that have been cancelled in the first phase will be met for different reasons.
In the first phase of Counselling, all the Seats of The CSE in the leading colleges were filled. In the First Phase of the Convenor Quota seats in TheNizamai-2020 Engineering and Pharma courses, the convenor quota seats were 1,03,766 and 72,867 seats were filled in the first phase. 30,899 seats are available for the second installment. More than 85 per cent of the seats in computer science, information technology, electronics and communications engineering, mechanical and other courses are more than the seats in the remaining departments. They are also high in private colleges.
