Taurus has very keen taste Buds and enjoys good food thoroughly. They also gain weight as they age but not so easily. They usually suffer from cough and cold and sore throat. They should exercise more often as they can catch up weight and may suffer from thyroid. Here are few Do's and Don’ts they should be doing while following their diet.

What to eat:- A diet that has low crabs, sugar and fat. Should eat more food, that are rich source of minerals asparagus, beets, cauliflower, horse radish, spinach, cucumber, onions, pumpkin, raw nuts and cranberries. Other foods that will help keep you healthy are eggs, liver, kidney beans, wheat germ, fresh fruit and green salads.

What not to eat:- Carbohydrates have a way of turning into fat in a Taurean's body, and should be avoided. Heavy, rich foods should also be avoided.
