Ripe rice - 4 cups of rice Onion - 1 Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 4 cloves Tomatoes - 3 Fenugreek - 2 cups Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder - 1 small spoon Cinnamon - 1 Clove - 2 Cardamom - 1 Ghee - 2 tablespoons Salt-wise

Method: To make tomato fenugreek casserole, firstly chop all the things finely. Then cook the rice in a pressure cooker with water and a little salt. Now heat ghee in a pan and add hot spices like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and let it cook. Then after 15 seconds, add onion and fry it lightly. Now add ginger and garlic and let it cook for 1 minute. Now add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft. After the tomatoes are tender, add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix it well and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After 4 minutes add fenugreek to it and mix well. Cook till the fenugreek is cooked. After the fenugreek is cooked, add the cooked rice and mix it well. Allow to cook for 2 more minutes, switch off the gas. Your tomato fenugreek rice is ready, serve it hot.
